Discovering the One that would work for you.

It’s been a tough two years for all of us, collectively. Amidst the crisis and the trauma that many of us are going through, one silver lining we can see is that more and more people are now open to acknowledge and speak about the need to address mental health.

There is a wide range of mental health practices and one can choose what one wants to engage with. In this event we bring you perspectives from practitioners giving you a taste of what their practices entails.

Are there different kinds of practices that engage with children, teenagers, non-binary folks and queer folks? Are there helplines when one is dealing with stress and anxiety? We will try to address all your questions around mental health and it’s accessibility.
