There is a wide range of mental health practices and one can choose what one wants to engage with. In this event we bring you perspectives from practitioners giving you a taste of what their practices entails.
Are there different kinds of practices that engage with children, teenagers, non-binary folks and queer folks? Are there helplines when one is dealing with stress and anxiety? We will try to address all your questions around mental health and it’s accessibility.
