Power of Expressive Arts
Overview
The EXA 101 module which is both experiential and theoretical will interweave the different art modalities along with creative processes, to offer an integrated and holistic approach to explore our logical, emotional and imaginal selves. Staying in the ‘here and now’ we will tap into, ‘what is’ and discover new insights and resources for healing, clarity, illumination, and creativity. Bringing a deeper awareness to the wisdom of the body we will develop empathy, mindfulness and a sense of embodied presence as we explore the relationship between the creative, psychological and sacred dimensions of our experience.
EXA 101 is designed to introduce participants to the skills required to interweave and integrate the different modalities while keeping the flow.
