Media Consent
To help us do effective documentation and promotions, we schedule random and impromptu photography/video sessions during the course of the program. Pictures/videos are taken by the trainers or the studio support staff. This process will in no way disturb or interrupt the training process and will be done as discreetly as possible. These pictures/videos may be used as publicity material either on social media or on the website or in communication materials like leaflets, posters, brochures, etc. We fully understand the nature of the program and the need for confidentiality. The person behind the camera is mindful of this process and will NOT take pictures or videos exhibiting the vulnerability of the students or exposing them in unflattering angles. Most of the picture compositions will be in a group setting, of the art developed, or a video capturing movement patterns or sculpt positions, etc. Pictures will be randomly taken during student presentations and facilitator training sessions. To get an idea of the settings, please see the photostream on our Social Media handles.
In case you do not wish to be featured, please ensure that you do not willingly pose for a group picture, and step out of the frame during any planned shoot.
Art Consent
During the course of the year, trainees will work on and develop a variety of artworks, either during the training sessions or separately as aesthetic responses. All material created during the course of the training program is to be submitted to SMArT and uploaded to Classrooms. SMArT has the right to use this material in its publicity and promotional activities, case presentations, content curation etc., while maintaining complete confidentiality of the creator.
