Art & Craft Kit

The listing provided below is purely indicative. Basic Art material like different paper sizes, crayons, paints, pallets, brushes, sketch pens, colour pencils etc may be readily available at home. If not, purchase the smallest unit to start off with. Craft materials can all be sourced from in and around your home, parks etc. We have listed some, but feel free to choose and/or add what you like. The idea is to have stuff handy with you so you can have flexibility. Collecting art supplies can be an enjoyable experience itself, and can facilitate an attitude of experimentation that helps keep our minds flexible and open to new things. Sand Tray will be taught mid-year, during the in-person training. Sand, tray, and miniature animals will be required for the Play Therapy session scheduled then. 

Do not rush in buying some or all of the art-craft-sand supplies. The trainer will post on Classroom a week in advance the materials required. We have provided Amazon links where ever possible, though all the material can also be sourced from a local stationery shop. 

We are not making master pieces with the material, rather, we will be exploring the therapeutic value of the arts. The process will always be greater than the product!
